PIVOT Services

Please read the Client Guidelines for PIVOT Services and sign below.

PIVOT Coaching

Coaching sessions are typically 50-minute sessions on the phone or video chat. Sessions will be held at an agreed upon time. Most people begin with weekly sessions, however, you can schedule more or less frequently and for longer periods based on the goals of the individual, couple, or family. Please discuss this with your advocate.

Extra Time

We invite you to call, email or text message between sessions if you need assistance, have a problem, or can’t wait to share a success with us. This is included in the coaching fee meaning that there is no charge for this extra time. We do ask that you use it respectfully. Your Advocate will communicate any specific details and boundaries with extra time.

Personalized PIVOT

A Personalized PIVOT is a day-long intensive scheduled for an agreed upon number of days based on the goals of the individual, couple, or family. Throughout this process, your advocate will be utilizing the PIVOT curriculum/modules to help you PIVOT in your life and relationships.

PIVOT Advocate Payment

In order to obtain services with a PIVOT Advocate you must provide a Credit Card in the Billing Information section below. Your credit card is not stored on our servers and is sent immediately to our payment processor to establish your account. PIVOT Coaching

We will bill the credit card on file for PIVOT Services as services are rendered. If a payment fails, PIVOT Accounting will email you and your advocate with a request to update your Credit Card authorization form. All services will be paused until this form is updated and balance paid.

Personalized PIVOT

The cost of the Personalized PIVOT plus travel will be determined by your advocate and communicated when logistics are confirmed. Payment for travel are due immediately upon confirmation and not refundable. Payment for the Personalized PIVOT is due 2 weeks before the day of the Personalized PIVOT.

Miscellaneous

PIVOT does not make diagnoses or provide clients superbills. HSAs and insurance companies do not reimburse for coaching services.

Schedule Changes and Cancellations

We have reserved time for your relational growth. We also understand that things come up and plans change. Below are the expectations for schedule changes and cancellations.

PIVOT Coaching

Please give us a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Without proper notice or extenuating circumstances, you will be billed in full for scheduled services. Please communicate directly with your advocate for all scheduling and cancellations of sessions.

Personalized PIVOT

Please give us a minimum of 2 weeks notice to reschedule or cancel a Personalized PIVOT. With proper notice or extenuating circumstances, you may receive a refund for the cost of the Personalized PIVOT. If you cancel or need to reschedule 2 weeks or less before the schedule date, you cannot be refunded. Travel expenses cannot be refunded. Please communicate directly with your advocate for all scheduling and cancellations of a Personalized PIVOT.

Using our Curriculum

Your Advocate will use the PIVOT Process during your coaching sessions and/or Personalized PIVOTs. The PIVOT Process has been written out in a curriculum format that your Advocate may choose to use. This curriculum is delivered to you digitally in PDF format requiring the use of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Procedure for using our curriculum in PDF format

Make sure you have the most current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader for your computer by following this link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/

When you receive the first PIVOT module in PDF format do the following:

  • Download the PDF onto your computer (do not just preview in your email)
  • Open the downloaded PDF making sure it is opening in Adobe Acrobat Reader and that this program is the default program for opening all PDFs
  • If you are having any issues you can try the following:
    • Right clicking (PC) / control+click (Mac) on the downloaded document and go to “Open with” and choose Adobe Acrobat Reader
    • There should also be a prompt asking if you want to set it as your default
    • Select: yes

If any part of this process is not working for you, please contact your advocate right away. Being able to use the PIVOT Curriculum in the digital PDF format is crucial to getting the full value out of the curriculum. You can also request a short remote session with someone from the PIVOT IT Department in order to get it up and running. To do that contact: [email protected].

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is critical to our relationship. Our coaching sessions are strictly confidential within the PIVOT organization. Any subject discussed and/or details shared, including but not limited to personal information, future plans, proprietary information, goals, job and company information, will remain confidential.

Arbitration

Except for collections issues, late payment, or confidential information breach, which may be submitted to a court, any controversies arising out of the terms of this Agreement or its interpretation shall be discussed between the parties with the aim of resolving such controversies, each using reasonable judgment on its part. If the parties cannot resolve the conflict after such meeting, they agree to submit the controversy to arbitration before a single arbitrator versed in such issues, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, and the arbitrator’s order may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction and enforceable thereby. The prevailing party shall have all fees and costs associated with any court action, arbitration, court entry, and other settlement of the claim paid for by the other party.
